Don’t use DAGLAW in Staten Island for your SSD case

I hired this law firm for my SSD case. I was 57.5 at the time and Cancer took the sight in my left eye.

I created this site to warn others that your case will just be a NUMBER to this firm. THe chances of winning these days are against you. You don’t need a lawyer that gets on the call with the Judge and is rude to him and the staff from word one because he was unhappy the call was 45 mins late to start. I knew I had no chance at that second.

When they lose they will then ask you for money and tell you that “John” thinks you should go forward and sue the goverment in civil court. They gave me no indication as to how they would win if this was done. Your chances of winning in CIVIL COURT sueing the goverment has even less of a win as your lawyer needs to prove the judge was wrong and overlooked a fact of your case. They will then ask you for $1500.00. This is their way of making money on you. As well they charged me $500.00 to get my health records and I had to run around chasing my doctors cause they never got the information they needed on time.

You will start by working with a young kid that has a hard time following whats going on, and the leave offten which is a bad sign.

Your lawyer will then spend aboout 15 mins on your case the whole process which can take moinths.

WWhen you go out in the world to warn others that this firm is not a wise choice for SSD, John the owner will do everything he can to slander you and claim how wrong you are. They will try as hard as possible to remove your post. When they can’t John will go on the site(s) (lets be truthful its not John doing this its someone he tells to write a reply) and slander you. Or he will call it a fake client. 

IF you have been bitten by a dog Hire John, for ssd unless you want to lose so someplace else. I was 57.5. I lost vision in my left eye to a 1 in 5million cancer. If this type of a cae has no chance at all its due to the lack of skill from this firm.
